From sidewalks to streets, Blessing Construction paves them all. No job is too big or small. Our employees can also stamp concrete (pictured below), integrating it with your landscaping needs. This brick design provides a tastefully landscaped area for years to come.
West 39th Street:
39th Street was widened from 2nd Avenue to 4th Avenue in 2006 to include a turning lane. Storm sewers were also updated. Started on May 31st, the project was finished 11 days early on August 4th.
Office Parking Lot:
Blessing Construction expanded a parking lot, tying the older portion into the new with rebar to keep the area integrity uniform as the ground expands and contracts.
Blessing Construction was chosen by NP Land Development to pave the many streets, cul-de-sacs, and hike/bike trails in Stoneridge. This premier 160 acre development offers a combination of residential, recreational, and commercial space nestled around a 25-plus acre private lake.
Spruce Hollow – 56th St. and 17th Ave:
Two miles between Ave. M and Cherry Ave.
Yanney Heritage Park:
Blessing Construction paved a portion of sidewalk at Yanny Heritage Park in Kearney. The form of the sidewalk was set to curve around the landscape and employees measured between the two sides of the forms to make the sidewalk a uniform width.
